essence Stay & Play Gel Eyeliner Pencil (01 | Black Raven), Vegan

I feel like I’ve used hundreds of different eyeliners and this is my favorite, truly. It goes on very smooth and literally last all day without smudging. You can even blend out a little under or on top of the eye with a small brush and it looks beautiful. I tight line my upper lashes and lower line and it also last all day. Pretty amazing product, especially for the price. I have all the colors.

I’ve never really been an eyeliner person because I hate the feeling of applying it to my waterline. But after hearing that nude or white eyeliner can help brighten your eyes and make you look more awake, I decided to give it a try. I’ve used a few different brands, and after my last eyeliner broke, I ordered this one. I was pleasantly surprised! This is one of the easiest eyeliners I’ve ever applied. It glides on so smoothly with very little tugging, which makes applying it to the waterline much more comfortable. It also stays in place well throughout the day and gives my eyes a brighter, more refreshed look. I’ll definitely be purchasing this one again.

This is one of the best eye liners. Why?? Low cost , goes on smoothly and stays on all day. I am so happy to find a great liner. Try it you'll like it.

It’s a good eyeliner but on me it would smear and wouldn’t stay where it was supposed too. I wouldn’t buy again

This is so much better than the Clinique pencil I was using, which cost more than double. It doesn't dry out and it goes on smoothly. Sharpening it is a little challenging because the outer part of the pencil is very thick and dense, but that's not a big deal.

Got this in the color nude specifically for my lower waterline, the color is a bright nude, almost shocking. Not sure why it's called "Stay & Play" because it doesn't even "stay & work". Once applied there are gaps or breaks in the line of color. It also dissipates while wearing, especially in the corner near tear ducts, and I'm not a watery eyed woman. Absolutely zero stickiness, has a nice texture, brightens/widens my eyes(nude color), however it is not waterproof. Another thing that boggles my mind is I cannot figure out how to sharpen the pencil! I've tried multiple times and to no avail. Otherwise, I am quite pleased with the price point and consider this a decent product, especially if it doesn't skip and you're able to sharpen it.

Great eyeliners! And I love the blue shade. It makes my brown eyes pop. Stays pretty well all day. Most eyeliners run down my face, so I usually stick to eyeshadow as eyeliner. But I used this in my water line and it stayed pretty well. All in all, great liner. Especially for the price.

I was really surprised at how well this worked compared to the price. It truly is waterproof and works great on the water line or for tight lining. I will no longer spend $25 on an eyeliner pencil. The colors are represented accurately in the picture. There is no tug when I apply the eyeliner, they are very gel-like and smooth

I like the colour but every time I wear it, it burns my eyes

Extremely smudgey. I applied it as an eyeliner above my eyelid and about an hour later it had smudged all around my eyes. The color is nothing like what is shown I Bought midnight sky. Not worth buying however cheap.
