It cleans but that's about it
I bought this product after reading a review in a "health" magazine that said it would help with thinning hair. If by "help" they meant that it would help thin your hair, then it did its job. Every time I used it, I'd lose at least twice as much hair as usual. Also, my hair was limp and lifeless after using it.

Good stuff
Ok, it's expensive. However, it smells great, makes my scalp tingle, and my hair feels great and looks healthier. I'm trying to grow my hair out and read an article about how a certain celeb uses this shampoo (I'm embarrassed to admit that I went off a celeb endorsement). I use it sparingly because it is so expensive, it's safe for my color treated hair and not tested on animals. If you can stomach the price, it's good stuff. I will probably reward myself with the Peter Lamas olive oil conditioner, it's also not cheap.

It is Ok.
This shampoo is very good foam. But do not think it works as intended as a fortifier. I do not see results yet.

AMAZON,YOU ARE SHOWING THE OLD FORMULA BOTTLE OF LAMAS STIMULATING SHAMPOO ON YOUR ADS. THIS IS THE PRODUCT I THOUGHT I WAS RECEIVING. I PAID A HIGHER PRICE TO RECEIVE THE OLD FORMULA IN THE DARK BLUE BOTTLE, SINCE IT HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED BUT WHEN MY SHIPMENT CAME IT WAS THE NEW FORMULA . I WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN THE PACKAGE ARRIVED. I CAN ORDER THE NEW FORMULA AT A MUCH LOWER COST WITH OTHER SUPPLIERS. I LIKE THE NEW FORMULA BUT PREFER THE OLD FORMULA. THANK YOU KAREN
