Totally worth the money, makes my workout easier. Being older I appreciate how quick and easy it is to change weights. It really helps to have the extra cushion when I'm doing squats so it's not digging into my neck. Very comfortable for hip thrusts as well!

Got this belt a couple weeks ago and love it for my at-home workouts! Allows me to do different exercises with just my dumbbell set and this belt! Great quality and still looks brand new after using for multiple work outs now. I havent found a weight max for it, but I’m not worried about it being a 120lb female. Love love love it

I was hoping to use this belt for hip thrust, but you can’t put a substantial amount of weight without it being very awkward. If you’re doing this with 10lbs, I’m sure it’s fine— but with anything higher probably not. I was using 25lbs weights and they would turn and make it very awkward. Quality seemed fine, just design isn’t very useful.

I have only used it three times. Today was the third and it broke.

This product has helped me so much with hip thrusting. I hate using the smith bar but this product is life changing.

Have used this belt a few times already and it is great! Makes the workout more comfortable around your neck when doing squats and hips for thrusts the extra padding really helps when doing heavy weights! The velcro and clips are great quality and very strong. Very happy with it, great product!
