Easy to use and makes great frothy milk

It works how it should and is powerful enough for good frothing of milk. I also liked the lovely note attached to the purchase from the company which seems to be a family-owned business. Happy with this purchase.

I got this in order to use for blending my matcha and it has done an excellent job! It's easy to set up and clean, and I love the stand feature. The only suggestion for improvement I would make is having a container to put the bottom part in in order to be more hygienic as I feel the need to wash it before every use in addition to the after (which is normal). This is only a suggestion as the product itself is good and the instructions on it are very clear.

Lasts ages, customer service is really really good. Had one that had broken after a year or so of use and company offered to replace it. Used a few other ones for lattes and this is the best. Not too powerful that the milk goes everywhere but also strong enough to make a really creamy frothy milk. Wouldn't use another one now.

First off, let me just say that the price is amazing for the quality you get - it's seriously such a steal. I've been using it almost every day since I got it, and let me tell you, it makes the most delicious ice coffees and lattes ever. I'm absolutely loving it. The only thing I would point out is that this product is battery-powered and unfortunately, it doesn't come with any batteries. So, just a heads up - make sure you have some on hand or consider getting a version that can be charged up via USB. Other than that though, this product is seriously top-notch and I can't recommend it enough.

Just over a year and it no longer works. Was pretty good when it did but considering how simple a device it is I would have expected it to last longer. I had no problem with incertining new batteries multiple times but about half a month ago, the new batteries didnt do anything for it. I bought a device to measure the charge in the batteries and used new ones as well which all have charge according to the device and just in case I put it in wrong i've taking it and out again a few times as well as the other way round but nothing. Good while it lasted but disapoiting to see it break so quickly.

This Milk Frother was an impulse purchase when presented by a good discount. However, this has become a surprise success. The whisking action is surprising powerful and for its price, I'm delighted. Would suggest care when being used as the shaft is very thin but should anything happen, this has a lifetime warranty and for the price would certainly buy another. Powerful, easy to clean and effective.

EDITED: When I received the one I ordered, the power button didn't work (wouldn't turn off), but it was beautifully packaged and thoughtfully put together, and frothed really really well. I'd missed the return window because it was a gift (which is entirely my fault), but the company quickly sent me a message with recommendations to troubleshoot, and a quick offer to just send a new one or refund anyway. Super impressed with their customer service, and honestly the product is really nice otherwise.
