Bought this for long haul holiday to Bali. We used it religiously and hardly got bit.

It's always just worked for me
Uses this on various trips in Oz and not had any problems with mozzies.. It's well known over there. The bottles there say 'protects against sandflies and leeches', which seems to be missing from this one, but hopefully it's the same. I wish they sold the bigger bottles of it here in the UK, too.

I bought this on the reviews for my son who was travelling to fiji. It didnt work, he stopped using it when the mosquito bites became double digits

Not used as yet taking on holiday due soon. Packing was good and no damage to item. Hopefully it will work and keep the little pests away 😀

I've read that ones with picaridin in and the johnson's body lotion may be effective. Citronella content may be good but deet I don't think works. Horseflies are persistent blighters and follow you about silently. I think you may have 10 seconds on contact before they put their mouthparts into your skin.
