They worked well for what I needed them for but I did need to trim them a lot for my style shoe. Easy to trim and stayed put!

It is very soft heel cushion pads. It worked very well for my trainers, however, some people may find it too big, depends on your shoe size.

Found depth to be too much and ended up with slight overlap on heel. Will go for slimmer style next time.

I used to slip my trainers on and step on the back which caused the metal in the back to snap and cause it to stick into the bad of my foot when I worn them probably. These stuck onto the back have saved my feet. They are thick enough to provide a cushion and they fit perfectly in the arch

Have some new leather shoes that needed to be broken as i kept getting blisters on and around the heel. So had bought these to help with the pain and comfort. Can say after putting them into the shoes it is helping with the comfort and no new blisters. They have been attached in my new shows for just over a week now and the strong sticky backing has not been compromised. Will be using these again for my next pair of new shoes as i still have two pairs left over.
