Works great except we wanted to plug it into a switched outlet to be able to turn off and on. it won't turn back on once it is turned off and needs to be manually clicked on at the transformer. Maybe there is a work around?

This is an amazing WiFi low voltage transformer. It was very easy to install on my iPhone and Alexa.The unique feature of the Dewenwils transformer is that it has 3 channels.So far, I've only connected my landscaping lights, however, I have plans to connect low voltage string lights for my patio and perhaps for my pool.I highly recommend the Dewenwils 200W Wi-Fi 3 channel transformer to anyone looking for a low voltage transformer

Box worked manually and was well built but I could not get a reliable wireless connection. Even setup in the house next to the router. Returned for the manual unit since this is tied to a smart outlet can control from there.

Bought this and connected to existing landscape lighting consisting of 3 zones. Manual says to press and hold the power button to enter WiFi paring mode. That didn't work. Tried all combinations w/o any luck. Sent 2 e-mails to customer support across span of 2 weeks and received zero replies. Called Amazon support and found that every product reference they had didn't reflect the transformer Dewenwils sent me.

Although everything connected and seemed to power the lights, This device will not show up on my phone or my wife's. I have a very expansive wifi mesh system but this will not show up. Seems to be the only way to control it.

This is my second landscape lighting low voltage controller, and the Dewenwils 200w controller is pretty nice. It's a wall mounted unit and the first thing stands out is the build quality of the metal case. It really does seem likebut will last for years of Outdoor use.The unit has multiple taps and supports up to 200w. Counting on only using 60% of that capacity, it is plenty big enough for a decent sized installation of lights for a home. I have led lights and that helps with the capacity, too.With the option to use an app and set the lights to use a number of different timing options, you can tailor the set up the way you need it. Once set, this until kept my settings and I have a consistent on at sunset and turn off at midnight.Overall it's a versatile unit and I am pleased with it so far.

I have this low voltage transformer hooked up in my garage instead of outside. I replaced some of my solar landscaping lights outside with wired ones and this transformer made the hook up easy. I don't have to worry about any solar battery life or when the lights will turn on as I do with solar powered. If you need a low voltage transformer I recommend this one.
