I have purchased it again for my family after I purchased it for myself in another city. Very reasonable priced and great quality of machine. Product was delivered a day before scheduled date. Local installation person attended on time and installed in a jiffy. Quality of filters seems to be good one among them is transparent with granules tightly packed. Taste of water is as part with so called premium branded ones. If the company can improve the quality of plastic The main reason why I purchased this RO system is I have been using ROs of so called top brands from past 20 years, those companies charged heavily for the maintenance. Now even their service personnel are charging heavily and not giving proper service intact they are sabotaging the units by giving wrong pipe connections and substituting with non genuine spares. Insted of me repeatedly escalating the issue to customer care no action was taken. Hence I purchased Aquadpure system. The product worked very well for 5 months. Initially I gave 5 star rating. After 5 months I got problem with power adapter, as the company relies on third party service technicians. The service technician changed the power adapter for cost. Later again the motor and float switch failed. Now the customer care personal are telling to ship then the faulty parts and they will ship me the new/referbed one but I have to bear the shipping charges. In all this process we waste money and time. How can one live without drinking water? If we have to make alternative arrangements for drinking water, then why should we go for such kind of RO system. I strongly recommend no to buy this substandard product.

Not buy this product due to technically too much repairs this is the 4 th time for repair soo no to this product non rated product we are purchased this product last 3 months the purifier bill is 5000 but repair charges almost 4000 😞 this is the waste product from seen in Amazon

The product looks good and working fine. Installation was done immediately. The service person was very polite and friendly. If your location is long from the service person location then you will be charged little bit extra. While considering the distance, I am fine with it. Anyways if you allocate any nearby service person then it will win win situation for us.😃🥳
