Great chairs comfy and sturdy.

This set is extremely comfortable!- grab a glass of lemonade and stretch out and relax !!! Purchased this set online after seeing a similar set at retail store locally. Local option would not sale a chair and ottoman - you would have to buy a couch 2 chairs and 2 ottomans- which is more than we needed. So took a Chance and ordered this set( wish we would have had the option to buy one chair one ottoman) Purchased for my 84 year old mother so she can have a place to rest and elevate her feet - she only had room for one chair / ottoman on her front porch - will use the other one at our cottage in the woods. Quality is good and it was easy to assemble. The chair seat is wide and deep very comfortable and ottoman is large enough to use for extra seating if needed.Note this is shipped in 2 different boxes -1st box arrived 2days before the ottomans- reached out to the company we ordered from - they responded quickly and advised us that the 2nd box was on its way - also received everything very quickly several days before the expected delivery date!!!Over all very pleased - the company offers several options and combinations of pieces of furniture

The swivel rocking chairs were quick and easy to put together. The directions were easy to follow, all the tools were included, and there were plenty of extra assembly parts. There were a few pieces that arrived damaged, but the company was quick to respond and replaced them without any hassle. We have only had them a few months, but we love them so far. They are very sturdy, comfortable to sit in, and look great.

The bolts provided are too short to attach sides to back, I had to purchase longer ones to make it assemble correctly. They do look great

I bought these for an enclosed front porch. I have enjoyed them and am very pleased with this purchase. No regrets at all!

We love this set! Assembly was easy with 2 people. The set is comfy and sturdy. The seat cushions on the sofa are a bit on the thin side, but they are still nice. Even with this, I still have to give this patio set 5 stars.I saw a much smaller set this weekend when out and about - a sofa, two chairs and a smaller coffee table - $2500! This set is a bargain!! Also, customer service was excellent and answered all my questions quickly.

The media could not be loaded. So this is my review point by point1. You need to have patience assembling this table what should I have taken fifteen minutes took about thirty.It is extremely easy to cross thread the screws so when it says not to tighten down the washer and screw sets on the legs you have to pull. The legs and towards the middle to put the underneath shelf on and it is kind of tight again when you're putting the underneath shelf on. Don't tighten it down all the way.2. As you can see in my pictures and in my video there are scratches on the underneath side. You have to flip the table over to get to the screws and test simple the legacy employees. I used the phone that came with it and a full sized body towel to protect the glass as I assembled it. I did not cause those damages the table came to me scratched.3. For the price that I paid for this table and the damage that was. Done? Before I got it. I'm extremely disappointed in it. I mean at least this company could do is refund me half the mowhy. I'm not going to return it is tomorrow. I pick up the couch swivel chairs the single chairs. And the ottomans tomorrow. I just want to have my full patio set together so that said I am going to keep this table I will have to. Really consider buying from this company in the future just so disappointed. Had this not come damaged? I would have given it a 4 to 5 star ratidiot. Yes that's simply it's difficult most things are. It's just how it is so I accept that fact but to have a brand new supposed bran a new table sent to me like this I have to give. It actually 2 and a 1/2 even though it shows 3 stars. I'm giving it a 2 and a 1/2 star.4. I thought the weave hon this would be a little bit thinner. It's a wide half inch weave. I thought it'd be like a quarter inch weave the color is. I love it. The height of the table is perfect outside of the other stuff again like. I said my rating would be higher but I have to rate this at a 2.5 on price and do to the damage.5. So a few pointers for the coffee table should you decide to purchase it? Put your support between the 2 side pieces on 1st. Do not tighten them down they need to be loose. Make sure that your glass on the underneath side. The side that is exposed to you assembling this is protected. Next stapp is is that the shorter screws connect the top to the side pieces always make sure you have your washers on screw. Then you will attach the side piece to the top again do not tighten them down. Do all 4 corners? Then? What I did except for on the last screw and I stripped the screw head out so I'll have to have my husband take care of that for me. But do 2 twists on each screw one at a time? Then come back to the 1st one again. Do a couple 1 or 2 turns and tell you start snugging them down this way. You will strip a screw heads out you want a cross thread. The threads on the screw or in the reciprocating end.6. The coffee table is heavy but it is not sturdy again. It looks great the glass is a matte black. I think I would prefer it to be in the rippled clear like the side table is.This table is not starting at all. I bought it to store the autumn's inside cause it can't store. The autumns so that's probably what we'll use it for is for storing the autumn ends. I think it Would you great holding drinks and snacks? But to have guests use it to put their pipes down for eating outdoors. You know if you have a barbecue I don't think it would be really great for that but holding refreshments I would give it a thumbs up.Again because the lack of sturdiness the dirty glass the feeling that somebody else had it before I gotta hold of it. I have to give it a two point five.7. This took about 30 minutes to assemble it was quicker than the side table. That's because I've prepped the support with the sides. The time consuming part came with tightening down the screws a little bit at a time so that the entire table centers are so that it's not. Completely wobbly. And it's easier to tighten the screws down on those last turns without stripping or cross threading them again. I have to get rid of 2.5. I can't give it a 5 if it was solely on looks and affordability. I would give it a 4 if it was just on looks then of course I would give it a five.I Did read the reviews on this some of the markets some of them are bad I took That into account doing my revdear I like to form my own opinions. I think the pressure comes down on him. There too expensive for the difficulty in putting it together. The screws are easy to strip out it does not take 15 minutes to. Build these pieces it's about 30 so there you have it.I know that you are thinking that my review is wishiwachi at best. But I wanted to give a very honest and a very direct review on this. I don't want people to say oh well. I didn't know II did going into this. I just did not expect to get used furniture. That's my just that's my biggest biggest disappointment. I paid for brand new and I got used so what will you get? I don't know I will say this I did not do this. I would either get Vaseline or I would get some WD40 put on the screws or maybe some type of a furniture grease screw grease or whatever it is to help guide those. Does screws into the receptacle end of the assembly? I think it would greatly help some of them do as the receptacle part of the furniture does have grease in there. It would behove you to get grease for the screw as it's going in. Yeah just my opinion for what it's worth.

The furniture came earlier than expected. It was SECURELY packed in seperate CLEARLY marked boxes. No damages at all. I was impressed by everything being clearly marked. It helps to lay every piece out to see if everything is there just before assembing. The only thing that I did not receive was the toggle cords that go onto the sides of the ottomans cushions to keep them from blowing away. This is the nicest wicker set I have come across either in stores or the internet. Very sturdy and substantial for wicker. Nice deep seating, nice thickness on cushions. I could not be happier. I'm a 70 year old woman, and if I can assemble this, anybody can. Very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you, Maria
