StrapHabit Quick Release Tropical Style FKM Rubber Watch Strap Band 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, 21mm, 22mm

I've purchased quite a few rubber dive straps over the years, including several "official" Tropic straps and the one I recieved from Strap Habit is on par or better than the best of them. Even for my small wrist (6.5") the comfort is exceptional and the length isn't a bother given the soft nature of the material, allowing the floating end keeper to sit high on my wrist without even noticing. The end of the long side does sit high, but the keeper keeps it flat so it doesn't hang out or get in the way of long sleeves or jackets. For my 6.5" wrist, the long end sits about 3/4inch from the lugs, which will likely bother a lot of folks, but for me it really isn't an issue for appearance, comfort or usability. I figured I would need to cut the strap but the classic, longer-length dive strap is true to the design you are looking for in a tropic strap and will come in handy if you ever need to wear the watch over a thicker wetsuit or coat. My only (minor) complaint would be that the included springbars don't fit snugly within the strap itself so there is some play. I don't think you would need to worry about security, as they are good bars, but a snugger fit would bring peace of mind. I'm going to replace them with the bars of my stock strap for a snug fit. All in all, 9/10 for the strap overall. 10/10 for value, given the quality, comfort and style of the strap at this price point. Update 5/24: I've recieved my 2nd strap and I love it for my trusty Speedy. It's finally time to retire my black NATO strap as this black tropic is comfortable and looks great.

I’ve had this strap for about a month now and it looks and feels super high quality. The strap itself comes in this matte like finish and metal buckle. It’s very lightweight and will easily forget that it's even on my wrist. Due to the holes throughout the watch strap, sweat is no problem. I’ve been using it daily since I purchased it and haven’t had any complaints other than the quick release spring bars. The quick release mechanism works as it should. However, when installed the bars tend to wiggle a bit. I haven’t really noticed it when wearing it though. Would easily buy again.

Summary: This is a nice Tropic-style strap, but it doesn't fit or feel the same as common silicone rubber straps. You may or may not like it. See below. - Accurately detailed with a cross-hatched surface texture, rows of "stitching" bumps on the edges, and vent holes that open up as cones on the bottom. - FKM rubber feels quite different than common silicone rubber. To my touch, it's a cross between tire rubber (bikes, cars) and animal hide. It feels colder when first put on, and is moderately stiff. Silicone rubber is more stretchy, warmer to the touch, and less affected by temperature. These are both types of "rubber," but apples versus oranges in fit and feel. - My 22mm strap is slightly wider than my 22mm watch lugs, so it took a little smushing to get it to fit. This isn't a big deal. The integrated quick release spring bars seem good. - Easy to insert the pin buckle, as the vent cones on the bottom guide the pin into place. - Hard to remove the pin buckle as the vent cones guide the pin back into the holes. - Twin keeper rings are the perfect height for the strap and easy to use. - The tapered end is authentic for Tropic-style straps, but it sticks out straight.

I have 4. They are consistently made. Comfortable to wear. Holds up well underwater. Colors choices are very good. Coloring is on point. Soft wearing. Light weight. Tang clasp you don't need to worry about. They are quick release and easy to install. They are a bit pricy, but in comparison to others of the same build, are a better value.

I paired this orange tropical strap with a bronze deployant buckle from Steinhart and put it on my Yema Superman. Couldn’t be happier as it looks fantastic! Perfect summer watch.

Looks incredible- this costs twice as much as the cheaper straps on Amazon and it’s easily worth every penny. This is softer, feels better against the skin and looks great. This is the one you want.

Good quality tropic style trap. I have purchased several of this style from Uncle Seiko in the past, and this version from StrapHabit is right up there quality-wise. Comfortable on the skin, flexible without feeling cheap, and the quick release spring bars seem durable from my first impressions. Most importantly, the length of this strap is great for my beefy wrists.

I really wanted a vintage-style tropical strap for my Orient Kamasu. I bought a nice looking one made with plasticky TPU rubber from Cheapest Nato Straps for about $10 shipped and it was extremely uncomfortable. The rubber was very rigid and even after reshaping it with boiling water, it was still too uncomfortable to wear. The main problem was the hardness of the material; the waffled underside dug into my skin, making it unbearable to wear. The StrapHabit tropic strap was recommended to me, so I decided to take a chance, despite it costing 3x as much as the CNS tropic strap, and I am very glad that I did. The FKM rubber is very supple and soft, and its waffle pattern is totally not irritating against my wrist, and it didn't even require reshaping in boiling water. As others have mentioned, it is somewhat longer than usual. It's fine on my 6.5" wrist, but if your wrist is on the smaller side, you might not like the way the end sticks out. All in all, I am very pleased with the quality, fit and comfort.

Arrivato in anticipo, a primo contatto buona qualità percepita, comode le springbar a sgancio rapido comunque nella confezione incluse anche quelle classiche. Vediamo con l'utilizzo ma a prima vista soddisfacente.

Bracelet tropic de bonne qualité très souple et confortable très agréable au touché et a l odeur. Petit bémol la barrette du système Quick release est très petit pour le mettre ou le détacher il faut avoir des beau ongle pour le faire.
