This is an awesome pot. Very big, but perfect for cooking chili for a large group or a large pot of potatoes etc. The size is exactly what I was looking for. I love all the Hexclad pots and I am collecting them - no regrets with any of their products. They heat up very nicely; good advice to keep on medium as they do retain heat quite nicely. Anything I cook in this has been very easy to clean up because food does not stick to the bottom, as opposed to my large enamel-covered cast iron pot - which I love but can be a pain to clean food off the bottom if it gets too hot. I LOVE HEX CLAD.

Such a beautiful pot. You get what you pay or with this one.

What's not to love? This size is perfect for my 6 pounds of meatballs in sauce. Yes! I drop my meatballs into my red sauce and it makes my cooking so fast and easy. The clean up is easy too, and for the first time, the bottom of the pot does not burn. This makes my cooking time lessen since I don't have to keep taking off the lid. Even though my kitchen might be messy in my prep area, my cooktop looks clean as a whistle! The glass top is perfect for watching my food cook. I formally had the smaller pot but decided to treat myself to a big pot since I cook for a huge family. Hexclad pots and pans are the very finest cookware. No worries about ruining the bottom of pans. This pot if perfect for soups. Never do I have the spillovers anymore with the large pot. I am smiling when I cook now. I feel like a real chef!

Considering how expensive these pots are, I’ve been saving up for a while. I was skeptical at first, but honestly , the best pot I’ve ever owned!!! Not only cooks evenly, but cleans so easily. No scrubbing, because no sticking. I LOVE this pot, will definitely be converting over to all hexclad pots and pans in my kitchen It’s expensive yes, but worth the investment. Lid and handles stay cool enough to touch Lightweight pot but cooks evenly as if it was thick based on Cooks / distributes heat evenly Cleans like a dream
