It was great while it lasted. Stopped working after a few months. Now getting a ‘short circuit protection has been activated’ please stop using Update: The manufacturer reached out and offered a replacement or full refund. Customer service is an A+. This is the service you get when you go for respectable brands

I guess it's bad luck. When received, i pressed the button, nothing happened, i plugged my S24, same thing. I thought it needs charging, so i used my Anker Prime charger, it said needs 14m to 100%. Then i noticed the settings don't save(brightness, screen timeout) it didn't charge my Surface pro(65w) and went to 0% instantly, then tried to recharge again and got an error. I have returmed and will try to buy again. Disappointed.

Its a great heavy duty power bank and does is job as advertised and does it well. Looks and feels premium enough. The display is quite informative. I would have bumped it to 5 stars if the 100w charging base was part of the package, but sadly it wasnt (and disn't even seem to be available for purchase in UAE). PS - Ideally I wanted to buy their new 27000 mAh prime power bank with similar functionality and form factor, but sadly it wasn't available in UAE and I needed one in a crunch, so had to pick this up.

The perfect power bank and charges fast in and out

The high power in charging in the battery and the high power in charging out my devices are exceptional. The display is very good and very helpful. I was surprised that it came with protective bag and a USB-C cable. It is a bit heavy but expected from a 20,000mAh power bank.

Just now i received this in my post .. opened the package and tried to use it to charge my phone and it failed to charge. I tired pressing the buttons and playing around ... showed me 50% charge ... then it started charging for few secs and then off. Kept repeating like that on and off for 5 mins... and didnt charge the phone either... I am shocked such a reputed brand and a expensive one and shame it didn't work. Worst thing is i am travelling tomorrow and now i dont have a powerbank. Very disappointing and i was so looking forward to travel with it... I dont know what to say... I spoke to the customer service right away and getting refunded right away. Customer service were helpful enough. But still it will not have a powerbank to travel with tomorrow : (

Amazing battery. Sleek and minimalistic design. Clear screen. Charging is fast and its standby time is pretty good. Highly recommend.

Acheté pour recharge nomade en sortie photo (tablette, téléphone, batterie reflex). Excellente qualité et recharge rapide (pour appareil SuperVooc de mon côté). Attention toutefois, c'est une belle petite pièce technologique, qui fait son poids et sa taille. Ne vous attendez pas à un petit powerbank comme on a l'habitude d'avoir pour cette capacité. Elle reste peu encombrante dans un sac, mais oubliez le format poche.

Took this away on a family holiday as it’s first test. Not only does it charge unbelievably fast from a decent charger (I used a 65watt Anker charger and this battery was taking almost all of that based on its screen info), it happily copes with charging a range of devices from phones to tablets, even topping up my laptop a little really quickly. Being able to charge the battery pack and also have it charge connected devices is a game changer too vs. older battery banks I have. 20,000 capacity was good to cope with being used without worrying it will run out, useful for a family with 4 phones, three tablets, and three Nintendo Switches. The screen was nice to see what power each device was taking, and to easily see the remaining battery capacity as well as how long left for the battery itself to reach full charge when itself was being recharged. Probably a little gimmicky to see the output power to connected devices, and it is certainly a noticeable weight given the pretty small size, however as a charger which I think should cope with several years of devices needing a hefty bit of power and capacity to recharge, I think this is a very long term keeper, well up to expectations from Anker in terms of build quality and performance.
