However, the company reached out to me and asked me about my experience and offered me a refund on the product despite the fact that I was well outside the return and no longer had it to return to them.This was uncommon and exceptional to me. That is worth a few stars. Perhaps, I received an odd faulty sifter. Regardless, they felt with the problem swiftly and professionally and I would feel comfortable buying from this company again.Former review below.It broke the first time I used it. I was sifting powdered sugar and the trigger mechanism constantly locks up. Unfortunately, I am outside the return window.

Broke on first use.

This smaller sifter is what I surely needed. It seems to be well made, price is perfect, and came quickly. It was packaged inside a small box that I keep it in. I've used it several time and it works well. Can't go wrong for the price. Suits my needs!

Delivered in a good state. The item turned out to be smaller than what I expected. It's the size of a big mug.

My mom requested a new one for Christmas. Bought this and it was just what she wanted. It works great for sifting flour and cleans easily! It is easy to use as well. Would buy again!
