Does this work for Hooded eyes

It does not go on easily the point did not stay and it is now flat. I would not recommend this eyeliner for any eyes.

Do you sharpen this & what shapener do you use?

Just found the sharpener-it’s a little tight to pull apart from the ‘smudge tip’ - but is there for ‘if/when’ you need to lightly sharpen

My eyelids are extremely oily. Would this eyeliner be suitable for me?

Yes I am certain this eyeliner will work for you. One end is a sponge curved liner which might suit you better. I use it for a lighter make up look. The other end is a pencil liner than glides on very nicely also.
