This little basket sits on the side rail of the pool to hold my snorkel so I can grab it without getting out of the water.Because above ground pools havent really got a side ledge or anything, there isnt a place to put anything except in the water.That makes this a very versatile addition.I can leave wet things in it as its all plasticWhen the pool is covered, the basket can fold away though youll most likely need to tie it shut as it doesnt want to stay folded.I dont think you would use it for holding towels as in the online picture if your pool users are anything like mine as a towel would soon be soaked hanging on the outer edge.It can hold floats, toys, earplugs and goggles though which is very useful.I suppose you could use it for holding your canned drinks too.On our pool it doesnt sit flat as the pool bulges a little, on a flat sided pool it would hang straighter.The partition piece isnt very secure so we wont bother with that.There are 4 suckers so you can hang it from glass, shiny plastic, tiles.The 'handles' are just two short pieces of wide fabric and the ends are like laces so we ignored them.In the pool pics, I just lifted the cover up to try it.It gets in the way of the cover so it will only be clipped on when I uncover the pool while we swim.Useful for all your small pool bits and pieces or you could have it over a bath using the suckers to hold kids wet toys.
