Can you control Hear thru with right ear bud?

Thank you for your question. By default, our HearThrough feature is controlled by the left earbud, but these settings can be changed using the MySounds feature of the Sound+ app.

Paired to the Jabra Link 360 is there a lag between picking up the call and the caller hearing my first words?

I received a used earbuds with a case

I ordered a new pair of Jabra earbuds through Amazon, but last week I received a used earbuds with a case. When I opened the box, I realised that the item had already been used. Additionally, the charger didn't work and showed no signs of power.
