This acupuncture mat and pillow set is an amazing tool to help one relieve chronic pain. Its the ideal size and length to treat the upper, lower back, and buttocks. The plastic white prongs are sturdy and hold my body weight perfectly. I gave this item 4 stars only because it would be nice to have some sort of a carrying case to transport it or store.

A friend of mine had one of these and brought it by to let me look at it and try it. Very interesting... I had to have one. I looked. Hers didn't have the pillow and I have neck issues... SOLD to the girl w the neck issues! So, when I got it I laid on it... I didn't feel anything. Took everything off that I thought was hindering this. Dang! I still didn't feel anything! Fell asleep on it even! Now, I have to say, my work is very physical. I do massage and I'm bent over a great deal of the day so I knew that my back must be fried. I was too tight so I needed to lay on this thing to get some communication back into my back. The back side of the body is where the kidney/bladder meridians are-they govern energy (get-up-and-go energy, cellular energy, sexual energy, etc) This is my basic knowledge of this so I knew I was needing to get my energy back up since I'm busy a lot. I plan on turning it around and putting the pillow part under my knees for a few minutes too. Not sure but I might have to put a sheet over them to not feel so sensitive at first. The first time I laid on this thing, I fell asleep and when I got up I did feel renewed, different than what a little nap usually feels like. I expect, as I lay on it more, that I will be feeling these little nubblies, my hands certainly do. I wasn't sore later from it either. Happy with my purchase of your product! i think this brand is fine.l but the accurpressure may itself is hard to get used to. I've had it for over a month and I'm still not able to do more than 10 minutes, usually less. I do have very sensitive skin though.I do notice some relaxation and pains relief but not a ton. Maybe because I can stand it long enough to get the real benefits?Not sure I would buy again but that's more of a me issue than there being a problem with the mat itself.

I would highly recommend this product. I'm planning on purchasing more of these as my "go to" gift for friends and family. Durable materials and well constructed.

Good quality set. It works well for pain. I would start with a sheet or light towel over it the first few times of use because it does take some getting used to. The only thing I would change would be I'd like a storage bag included.

Great product. Really love feeling the energy tingling when I lay on it. I only gave 4 stars bc the pillow is WAY too high, like for the jolly green giant.

I love this. It’s not painful.. maybe for the first few minutes the first time you use it. I fall asleep on it regularly and I do feel it relieves tension/stress
