Not a good product
Gold covering coming off after 2 months of use. Amazon refusing to compensate me. Really annoying as I have used Amazon for years. I would have to pay to get it removed and then shipped back to Amazon for a refund. We literally spent good money for the shower area and this is letting the side down as the gold plating is coming off after 2 months usage. That is not very good!!!!!!!!

Very poor plating. Check your studs with pilot holes
Gold color was marred in two areas fairly large right out of the package. The mounting disc was deformed by only moderate screw torque, causing the goldish mounting disc cover to no longer fit it well. So that those decorative covers fell off until secured with a combination of Sheetrock repair tape and super glue. The final product looked barely acceptable, but it was very sturdy. It will perform its primary function quite well. It was quite difficult to find a way to mount both ends on studs. Lengths corresponding to routine stud placement at 14-16 inch centers would make much more sense. The screws included came with drywall anchors. If mounted this way no bar would be very safe.
