Quality and Dependable Product
I used this 15 years ago and just came back to it! Love the small tip! I really love it and didnโt realize how much I missed it. Stays in place.

Decent but Not Impressive
The Stila Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner is decent, but it didnโt fully meet my expectations. The fine brush tip is easy to use and the color goes on smoothly, but the formula isnโt as long-lasting on me as I hoped.It does stay put a few hours, but I noticed some fading and slight smudging by the end of the day. It also tends to dry out a bit quickly, which makes the application less consistent. Overall,itโs an okay eyeliner-not bad, but not impressive enough for the price.

This is the best eyeliner i have ever had. If you were like me and you're looking for something to ACTUALLY last 24 hours without smush or ware. This is it.. it kept my wing as fresh all day! And it was easy to take off. That black magic is this!

Great color for blue eyes
This color of this product looks great with blue eyes. It stays put all day. The tip is thin which makes it easy to apply. The only downside, it quickly runs out. I purchased in September for a wedding in October and it just ran out.
