It’s more like a toy than a utensil.

This product stops working after 20-25 days. I tried with new batteries but still it didn't work. Also you can't return it back and your money is wasted.

It is a bad quality product. To use the frother, I have to press the top surface really hard, but if you are lucky then only it will work for a mili second otherwise and also you are left with pain in your fingers😥

The most most useless tool ever. Stops working while beating coffee the moment the liquid is even slightly dense. Doesn't even froth the Matcha.

Worst product I ever bought on Amazon. Used thrice and after that it malfunctioned (motor stopped working). Such product should be banned on Amazon.

I order two items to test if they are same for different prices, one from the brand <The earth store>. Both of these are same products but the price was just 180rs in earth but here its 350. Same product being labelled differently to sell at higher cost, so dont go for it. Trust me its the same same product.

In the first use it self, the oscillating ring completely opened. Very very poor product quality. It’s a piece of trash.

I have had my milk frother now for 3 years! 3 years of daily use for my homemade lattes. I've also used it for mixing in protein powder, mixing eggs, jello & pudding! For 3 years I've had no issues with it! Just in the last month or so it's gotten a bit finicky. A few times in this past month I go to turn it on & nothing happens. But, If I give the piece that connects the wand to the base a few twists, it will work again. It could just be wearing out (after 3 years, I would not be surprised) or it could be because my kids are using it to mix their chocolate milk & maybe they aren't rinsing it well enough after. I am certainly not complaining though! I've had no issues with it for 3 years! This thing has far exceeded my expectations! Whenever mine finally dies, I will definitely be buying another one and I would absolutely recommend this product to my family and friends!

I am pleasantly surprised with this Bonsenkitchen Milk Frother after having went with the consumer friendly pricing option. I use this to primarily mix my protein drink powders and the results are certainly better than a shake bottle or a manually stirred spoon. The operation is a manually held "On" button in my usage, so the automatic setting is not apparent. This item does the job at an affordable price and I believe one would not be disappointed for what it is. It only takes a minute to do the job and it does come packaged with your first set of AA batteries. Cleanup is pleasantly a simple rinse in soapy water as nothing I mix sticks.

This is a great tool for the price. I wanted to get one so i can mix my powder well in my beverage and it worked very well. It makes it have a little foam just like in the coffee shops. I used Almond milk cold and added the om matcha powder and topped it with cinnamon. It was delicious! I’ve only used it twice as i just received it.

When I got this, I had no idea how tall it was. Lovely stirrer. Works for my large containers, which I love. I don't have to mix in smaller cups then add and mix again. The containers you use to shake so you can drink the contents, well this mixer will fit to mix it for you. So I feel you get a better deal with this stirrer. For coffee mugs up to large mix containers you have a Latte Stirrer.

Over the years I've had a couple of different battery operated milk frother's, the bonsenkitchen by far out performs any other unit I've had. I use a combo of fat free and 1% milk, this unit works great. It has the power to do tasks other than milk. Would recommend.
