This serum has a smooth and pleasant texture, layers well, doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, and soothes dry skin. Unfortunately, it didn't do much for my acne. The Ordinary’s azelaic acid feels stronger, although both products share the same percentage of azelaic acid.

Item arrived with damaged box and the seal was broken and stick back to the bottom of the box.Since it’s a drop bottle, there’s no way to tell if the product itself has been tampered with or not.
