It came with all the hardware you need; screws, nuts, bolts, and the drivers needed. Also came with instructions on how to install it, perfectly in-order. The quality is alright but not the best. It's a bit wobbly but still sturdy enough to hold the weight of the screen with no problem. We're using it right now on a TV Unit in the living room. No problems at all. Recommend it!
