I give this product 5 stars. I am a 52 year old man that has been vitamin supplementing my whole life. As we get older our bodies produce less of what we did when we where younger. Enter Arginine 3000 mg. This product has helped my body produce energy similar to when i was younger. Stamina is up, endurance is great and after workouts fatigue is lessened greatly. I highly recommend this product, particular to those individuals in my age bracket who want to stay active. One added benefit which is great for me it lowered my blood pressure a bit, which is good because I tend to run high.Thank You Life Power for a great product!

ok but likely won't order again---large pills, difficult to swallow. I will likely buy powder form.
