You can research what this product is used for and why certain medical specialists recommend it. I'll tell you that it seems to be of good quality. The capsules are normal sized, easy to swallow, and have no noticeable smell of taste before, during, or after you take it. It's manufactured in India with a date three months prior to my purchase and an expiration date two years afterwards, well within the time I will have completed the entire bottle. The country of origin for the actual ingredients is not mentioned, in case you care about that (some people do). I personally would prefer to see a USP verified mark on the label, but most supplements don't have that so it isn't usually a deal breaker for me, especially for more niche products like this one.

This SAPTAMVEDA brand Kaunch Beej extract supplement provides 500mg of Kaunch Beej Extract per one capsule serving and they suggest you take two capsules daily with water. Supposedly Kaunch Beej supports testosterone levels and has other benefits like libido support, muscle and brain health support. I noticed the inside of the container had lots of product dust which may be an indication of the quality and care giving in the production and packaging of this supplement so I gave it four stars. The capsule are easy to swallow and while I have not noticed any differences since I have been taking this product I now I am giving my body health support ingredients I would not get from my everyday diet. Overall I am pleased with this product and would order it again.

Very good Kaunch health supplement in easy to swallow capsules. It's my first time trying Kaunch and I'm having good results with it. I'll keep taking it as a daily supplement. Recommended.

On a positive note, the pills aren't giant horse pills so they're not going to make you struggle if you are not good at taking pills. I haven't noticed a huge change, but maybe a subtle change. It could be a product that starts kicking in more actively the longer you take it so I'll just keep taking it. It's worth giving it a shot if you're looking for something that is natural to help give you that kick you're looking for.

The bottle 60 capsules, which is 60 servings and it arrived quickly and was sealed well. It’s a relatively low priced supplement that has lots of possible benefits from using it, especially for a guy like me. I do feel better using it. It’s made clean from India. Cons: I’ve no complaints but , I will add that it shows in their online adds that it’s GMP Certified but, I don’t see it on my bottle and I hope it does on their next labels because, I like to know all I can about what I’m taking.
