Netagon 12" Electric Oscillating Worktop Desk Table Air Cooling Fan (White)

The fan itself works fine, having read the description, the soft flexable fan blades are normal. Theres no screw to lock the fan cowel shut, so you're relying on the easily removable clips on the sides to keep children out, thats not good. Theres a wider foot piece that slides over the base to assist with stability I assume. It has holes and channels for fixing screws, they're even mentioned in the instructions as part 12. When i queried the missing foot screws and cowling lock screw I was informed that the instructions were wrong and theres none in this kit. Not a satisfactory response in my opinion, maybe I should send it back as not described as its not Daewoo as in the picture but Schallen. The fan is a bit noisy if the blade isnt tightened really well.Do i want to waste my time sending this back prob not, I spent just under £40 on two slightly different fans off these people (1 desk, 1 standing), one had the cowel locking screw this one doesnt. I'll prob end up just putting the screws in the base myself and cable tying the coweling.Can I recommend these, no I dont think so, it didnt arrive in the box in the picture, it isnt the item in the picture, according to the instructions there's parts missing. The instructions are wrong, according to their customer service, the base is meant to clip onto the bottom it doesnt so they're telling me that they send out more of these knowing they're faulty. As the 'faulty' instructions have been around since before 2018 as another reviewer mentioned missing screws, my hopes for warranty issues being rectified are low.So being typically British that was my complaining review. I may update this with a reliability addition later.

Bought this product to cool off my hot room that has no air con. The assembly was slightly confusing but fine, it came missing a small piece needed to keep the fan completely together, and it had a yellow residue on some parts, but it works great!! It's made out of quite cheap material, but that's what I signed up for with the cheap price! As far as it working, it does the job it's meant to do and blows steadily with no problem! I really appreciate that it has 3 settings as well. Would I buy a second one in the future? Probably not since it is so cheaply made/the missing part, but it works well right now and I am happy that I bought it! I would recommend to anyone on a budget that needs some air flow!

Came in damaged box. Wasn't easy to assemble as plastic cover was put on so tightly I had to use plyers and not only that but it missing screw needed to keep metal covers closed together and the plastic disc that supposed to be on metal front is either missing something or is broken as it doesn't stay on at all

I received a Daewoo branded fan that's actually quite good and certainly not noisy even on its highest speed. Also, the rotating feature works without squeaking or other unwanted sounds, which is good. I would recommend this for a small bedroom, which is where I use mine, but it doesn't shift enough air to be effective in a large living room; for that something bigger is needed.One little assembly tip. The motor shaft comes with a rubber sleeve on it, the instructions don't say so but that rubber sleeve must be removed before the blade is fitted.

the fan came very quick quicker than i expectedi bought this fan for my bedroom to cool the room on the hottest nightsi am very pleased so far with the fan especially the quietest of it you can hardly hear it even at 2 meters awayi use it on setting number 1 and it produces a very good draft at that settingeven the mechanism that moves the fan head back and forth is very quitei would recommend very highly for through the night usei have 10 fans of various types which most of which are not all that quite but this one is definitely the quietest fan i have ever boughtgo buy one

Fan was fit for purpose and I am happy with my purchase

Simple to assemble. Quite quiet for the airflow.

Kept us cool in summer so did what it should..will update again when the hot weather hits this year and see if it can be relied on in the long term
