Great design and fits around your ankle really well. Comfortable to wear but when you take it straight out of the freezer and put it on your ankle it’s far too cold and impossible to keep on. Worth leaving for 5 mins after taking it out of the freezer then its bearable. Really helps ease the pain after my surgery.

Good cover of ankle area. Not very flexible after few hours in the freezer. Become softer after a few minutes out.Currently using for a swelling ankle and it’s doing the job well.

Value for money do melt quickly but do the trick they don’t weigh to heavy and are reasonably comfortable. Very soothing overall good product

Bought to help my wife with a sore foot problem, definitely helping, and easy to strap into place.

The straps make this icepack miles better than any without. The ability to secure it, and get it to stay in position is fantastic. Although it's designed for an ankle, I've also found it helpful for strapping up shoulder injuries, and even just lying on for back pain.

Great product, place in the fridge not freezer that should be cold enough, great for swelling ankle, fits most ..

It works good but super cold when you wear it, I don’t think you can really wrap it and leave it for too long

Je l’ai très vite utilisé pour une petite entorse du dessus de pied avec le froid et actuellement une tendinite du bras avec du chaud. Chaud ou très froid ça soulage bien et je suis très contente de cet achat.
