Noise cancellation is excellent especially for low frequency sounds, like car engines, and general city noise, however you can still hear your phone's alarm. I use them to rest a little after lunch, and this product allows me to take a brief nap and stay isolated from the external noise without skipping the alarm. You can wash them several times with liquid soap and they stay like new. Easy to put inside your ears and soft enough to take any shape. They don't hurt or cause any issues. Fully recommend.

the material is hard after rubbing it for a while still hard and don't fit even the room temp is 27 C

These little pucks return to their original shape within a minute or two. They don’t hold their shape in your ear. Thus, pretty quickly they don’t block much sound.

I had high hopes with all the good reviews. I'm trying to drown out my husbands snoring at night but unfortunately the material isn't pliable enough and when I try to mold/squish them to shape before putting in my ear the material is pretty tough. When I do put them in my ear, after a few minutes they revert/bounce back somewhat to their original shape which feels very annoying in my ear as this is happening and they are slipping out. Maybe I got a bad batch which is not pliable enough. BTW, I typically do use other silicone ear plugs that I just purchase at local drug store and that works fine.

The pieces of wax do not mold easily and I was not able to get them to stay in my ear. If I pushed too hard to make them stay it created suction in my ear which hurt. After that they went in the trash

Don’t stick and keep falling out.

Very comfortable, soft, non-irratating, blocks sound very well. These are great as you can cut them to get a custom fit. I cut them in half & roll to a custom fit. Easy to use & remove. Will purchase them again when needed

These are my favourite as you can mould them to your ears for a comfortable fit They do a great job of blocking sound.

They can be shaped to your ear canal. Easy to work with and shut out the bulk on sound waves. Do not dry out too quickly if kept in the plastic case provided.

I really like these, they are so comfortable for sleeping. But they've come out of my ears a few times while sleeping, not sure if they fell out or I took them out while sleeping, maybe because of having an itch or something. But there are people in my house who cook meals loudly at 3 AM and this helps me sleep through it. I have mini night-terrors when sudden noises occur, and with proper medication and the use of these earplugs it has really helped to dull the anxiety around sudden noises at night. I also have a mini fridge in my bedroom with a loud compressor, I had set it up to automatically disconnect at night so the compressor wouldn't turn on and disturb my sleep. But with these earplugs, I could finally have the fridge run 24/7 without bothering me with noise at night. I also am generally annoyed with loud talking, sounds of people/pets moving around, people screaming with excitement, all that stuff. When I'm having a really hard day I put these earplugs in and it makes my day so much better. Really helps me to relax when there's too much noise, like when lots of guests come over or whatever. I really like these earplugs. the comfort is unmatched, and I highly recommend them.

They do the trick, although they could be slightly more tacky like the ones you buy in the drugstore.
