Faulty item, tiny beads falling out, dangerous
Week 5 of having this tiny beads appeared on my floor. After numerous attempts to try and get it returned & being asked to unzip (impossible) to get a number inside the pouffe they have no said it’s outside the return window and it cannot be returned. I’ve been trying to get this refunded for over a month. The reply from then was rude, abrupt and arrogant. I’ve never written a review but please don’t take it for granted that they will sort any issue out. From my experience I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.
