I love Bach remedies. Elm is a great help in phases when we feel overwhelmed amd feel that it’s too much and we will never make it through. It helped me a lot in the past weeks. I highly recommend all the remedies. Seek for guidance from a practitioner from the Bach institue if possible. If not, there’s a lot of reading online that can help too.

I have been using Bach Flower Remedies for decades, and this one was definitely not what I've been used to. The taste was totally 'wrong', and it felt like it had been tampered with.

I ordered the Bach Original Flower Remedies, Elm for Efficiency & Self-Assurance (Non-Alcohol Formula), Natural Homeopathic Flower Essence, Holistic Wellness and Stress Relief, Vegan, 10mL Dropper. I have been using Bach flower remedies for well over a decade, and they were recommended by professionals I was working with, which is how I first found out about them. I have used so many different ones based on my different needs with success with all of them, actually. I was really excited to give this a try because the intentions on this one is what I am needing, unfortunately, I didn't read the listing good enough because there is glycerin in it which causes an imbalance in my stomach. It said alcohol free, and the listing does say it has glycerin, I just didn't have enough time to think about it before ordering to see this will not work for me long-term. I did try it for the sake of trying it and it's obviously naturally sweet and not your typical alcohol diluted essence. It actually tastes too sweet for my taste so I don't like that. I can't really say if it helped with the original intentions since one time is not good enough to come up with a conclusion, but because this brand has never failed me, I'm leading towards it working. I also have intentions that anything I take works to help manifest that. In the future, I will make sure I only buy the alcohol diluted ones since I don't need my microbiome all thrown off, thank you.

I have recently become a huge fan of tinctures. I take a lot of flour and herbal ones as well. These are made from an extremely reputable company, and I have ordered from them for years. I will take their products for life as they are extremely helpful and reputable. I was looking for something to be a little more calmer and take the edge off from normal, normal stressors of the day and this has worked exceedingly well and surpassed my expectations.
