It is a good oven. However one major con for me is the front door which is full glass and does not have any metal frame alongside. Also, the door does not fully seal (it shuts but its not a tight seal). This makes the door susceptible to breaking easily if not careful and heat loss from the gaps. Other than that, its size limits the size of chicken you can grill on the rotisserie (only a small chicken will fit, even then barely).Beyond this, it is great for everything from baking cakes to roasting chicken pieces.

Best choice for begineers and good productI have purchased Phillips OTG 25 Ltr after lot of research and completely satisfied.Product is suitable for beginner as well for a home baker. 25 litre size is suitable for beginner. Product is light weight but quality of product, accessories too good and food safe. This OTG having two years warranty also.Easy to operate , easy to clean also.Product delivered on time, well packed by using two box. Outer card board box( just written name phillips) inside another green box which is having OTG photo , other details.( normal product box). Each accesories individually wrapped in plastic cover to avoid scratches. I received the product, accessories with out any marks or scratches and looks fresh product. Manufacturing date also recent.I purchased from seller " Cloud Tail" ,normally their price is less compared to other seller and amazon full filled also. Got this around 6k after bank offerPrepared Pizza ,egg puffs and came out very well.Cons:1. Front temperature control and other knobs are rotating with a small touch. so we feel it is too delicate. but till now no issues.2. Price is little more compared other brand but good quality, 2 year warranty, brand value, size 25 litre is justifing that3.Even though the product comes with operating manual, recipe booklet. but operating manual not specifying what all vessels we can use in this. also not specifying which tray need to use for which dish. Even though some youtube videos showing baking in crumbtray but I found they given that is for collecting food particles and not for baking. They should inlcude more details in manual which will help beginner4. While heating or operation, OTG making small tic tic sound. That is normal. I found this in many reviews and that is okay.

I am very happy with the product.

It’s a good buy . Light weight and easy to use. Bakes well evenly . Only problem is it doesn’t have choice to select upper and lower heating. Both operated together . Also the lid opens to the extreme down so at least on my kitchen platform it bangs . So I keep a rolled napkin on the platform in front of the oven where door hits after opening. It’s a minor issue . Else all is fine .

It works good and looks stylish. Having Premenu options are easy to use for the beginners like me. Premenu options cover most of the dishes that we cook frequently.Recipe book is an added advantage. Cleaning is also easy. It is value for money

The product was damaged and in very poor condition, it seemed it was a used piece, i am trying to return the item but no one has come to pick up the item since 12 days,Better to pay 2-3k extra any buy from Croma or any physical outlet

Writing this product after 3 years of continuous use and almost like commercial purpose, this has become a part of the daily life. This has no cons. at 3 years of rigorous use. it has no issues at all. this is really a five star product.
