This belt is a great combination of value and quality. It fits my 34” waist comfortably with room to spare. You can also tighten the chain to go quite a bit smaller. A lot of belts are made with cheap material and stitching. The padding and strength of the material is really good for the cost. I use it for belt squats on my pulley tower and I can lift as much as I need. It stays where intended and gives good support to disperse the weight evenly. Good purchase when looking for a value dip/squat belt.

I've used this for a while and it's hung up fine. Very durable/comfortable. I only marked it 4 stars because I doubt it can handle the 650 pounds it's rated for - but I've never needed to even use 1/4 of that for weighted dips/pullups, so it works for what I use it for. I think I've thrown like 100-ish pounds on this, max. I usually use less. Zero issues with that weight. I'd probably trust it up to 200. I mean, thin metal wrapped in nylon couldn't possibly actually handle 650, right? Just doesn't make sense to me.

Great belt, buy this one. I bought 2 others here and kept this one. This belt is double-lined and legit heavy-duty, without being too heavy. Easily holds 25# and 45# plates. Chain length is just right, not too long, not to short. This belt is strong, comfortable, and durable if you drop your body 2-3' after a set.

Great belt. I’m using it to relieve some stress on my back from doing barbell squats. This is a great alternative. The belt is made of strong durable material with excellent padding that supports heavy weight barring on the hips or waist area. It is easily adjustable by use of the chain and locking carabiners. Can’t go wrong for the price!
