Perfect for 3D printers. Chef's Kiss!
If you own or have built an open source 3D printer, you've probably got some form of canbus board on your toolhead. Said CANBUS toolhead board (Notably the Bigtreetech EBB Series) comes with a TMC2209 stepper driver and a comically oversized heatsink for it. These are the perfect size to cover that tiny little 2209 extruder driver chip on an EBB36. I have run the printer HOT (ambient enclosure temps in the neighborhood of 75-80c) for printing Carbon Fiber ASA, and this little heatsink has never skipped a beat. Temperature control is excellent. Some rough edges on the heatsinks themselves, and value for money is questionable for little pieces of copper like this. BUT The adhesive works well and I've never had any issues with the stepper driver overheating in VERY unforgiving environments. Functionality is on point!

Small and Effective! For my application, proven 20 °F lower operating temperaure.
During the testing of TP4056 Li-Ion Battery Charging Boards, the 4056 chip reached temperatures between 156 to 161 °F. Searched for a small heatsink and discovered these units, very thoughtful to include the mounting pads! Installed on the 4056 chip with the resulting temperature range measured between 131 to 138 °F, more than 20 °F lower! They are small, include the mounting pads and have proven to me they work!

Easy to install and works great.
Worked perfectly and were very easy to install.

Perfect Size For Samsung Enterprise NVME Drives
Fits perfectly on a Samsung PM983, cools pretty well. I'm not sure what thermal transfer tape is included, and I was actually a little skeptical if it was even thermal transfer tape or just double-sided adhesive, but it is generic thermal transfer tape. Once you stick it on, that's it. It's on there forever.

Used on a Prusa MK3 3D Printer
After setting up a Prusa Enclosure for my printer (Which works VERY well, I will add...) I found that my printer would sometimes shift layers in both the X and Y axis. I did some searching and found a lot of claims that the Stepper Control Chips were likely getting hot from being in the enclosure and printing at hotter temps (PETG at about 250 for some super strong layer adhesion.) I planned to print some ducting to go with a fan, but that would entail designing, printing, testing for fit, wiring the fan, etc. These seemed like a quick and easy solution instead. The fit well. I tilted the printer on it's back a bit, moved some wires to expose the chips, and using a VERY small amount of thermal adhesive (I purchased something separate that is more like silicone caulk, rather than using the adhesive pads sold in this kit...), I stuck the heatsinks on. After a few hours I tilted it back up on it's feet and let it sit overnight. It's printing fine. I haven't REALLY tested for temps, but so far no layer shifting and it's printing as good as usual.

true copper heatsinks
made of real copper. base is a bit uneven so I had to lap it a bit so the adhesive pads get even coverage. Adhesive thermal pads needs to be cut to size too. other than these minor gripes, the heatsink worked well for my purposes.

Low cost nice solution to cooling soic-8
Need to cool some switching regulators (with help of fan). Worked well. Added red rtv to secure in place since they were mounted vertically. Would not trust the adhesive over time unless maybe horizontal.

It does what it says on the tin. Dimensions are accurate, provides a adhesive pad for each heatsink and is perfectly sized for a TMC2208 stepper driver. They're asking $15 CAD for a tiny couple of heatsinks though. Its not even a palm-full.
