Soft climbing blocks are a good way for infants and toddlers to build their gross motor skills. This set comes as an appropriate size for beginning crawlers with supervision as well as being suitable as they start to stand and climb. The material is of good quality and the stitching should hold up well to reasonable use, obviously you'll want to avoid putting your own weight on the blocks. My 8 month old daughter finds the bright colors and texture appealing, she is certainly engaging with this product in a positive way and I believe she will continue to enjoy it for a few years.

I bought this for my 14 month old that loves to climb on everything, I was hoping this would help but they are way too small for him. Huge waste of money honestly. I would save your money and buy the nugget at least they can grow into that.

These are okay. Much smaller than I expected they would be. My grandson and granddaughter love them.

We have had another set of similar foam blocks for a few years and have remained in great condition so we wanted to add to our set. This set is just as well made so I expect it to last many years. The nice feature our old set doesn't have is the velcro to hold the pieces together. This is extremely helpful when trying to put pieces together to make a ramp or course. Using them on either carpet or a hard surface is equally slick and the blocks will slide some but the velcro does make a difference in reducing the sliding. We have used these blocks for everything from making forts, obstacle courses, a "castle" for the army men figurines, shields and hiding places while having nerf wars and just for leaning on watching a movie. The cost may seem high, but I have found they are worth the price because they can be used for so many things and don't show wear easily. You can add other sets from this brand or others and they all can be mixed and matched to create tons of different fun and safe activities!

We ordered this for our grandson since we want our house to be the place he has the most fun. We also are working hard to promote the idea that exercise and play are the same things.We really like this set as a way to help him develop balance and learn to climb in a safe way. At only 10 inches high it is great for learning to stand and the angles are small enough that he'll be able to crawl up. The foam is plenty cushioned but also solid enough for an adult to sit on without completely crushing it.The colors are great too.
