Good shaker for protein and pre-workout.
From my first impression, it feels like it's good quality. The seal is tight meaning it won't leak, the size is adequate. I feel £14 is a little much but it's cheaper than plastic alternatives from known brands. It doesn't create clumps of whey protein/pre-workout. My only issue is that the lid is plastic which defeats the purpose of having an odour resistant stainless steel shaker.

very good, but metal band at the top comes off
metal band at the top came off after a couple of uses. without it the lid looks plasticky and tacky. it was obviously not designed to be seen.I'm keeping it because it's leakproof and works perfectly, just looks bad.
