Sevenhills Wholefoods Organic Coconut Flour 1.8kg, Gluten Free

I loved this flour, which I have purchased many times. Excellent quality & a lovely fragrance, whether it's used by itself or combined with another flour. This is a great product to use as a base for your cakes and baked goodies.

Quite a fine coconut flour so easy to get through the sieve and it made my brownies just perfect and a massive bag for a reasonable price.

The flour is thin and you don't need a sieve, it blends in smoothly with wet ingredients easily with a whisk. I've been using it for keto cakes and found out that I've needed to use far less flour than previously known. Almond cakes need more than coconut, great discovery, so even if the flour costs a bit more, it's worth it, as I use less of it. Works great especially with cacao powder and coconut oil.

Last time I followed a low-carb diet, 'cake' simply meant a glorified ground almond sweet omelette. Now there are myriad recipes, some revolting, but many delicious. This coconut flour is light, smooth flowing and delicious. I'm not keen on coconut - I dislike the smell - but there is no problem with this flour, which has only a subtle coconut flavour. I made a low-carb chocolate cake with it and was delighted to find that I really had made CAKE. It is really lovely and completely healthy. I'm taking it on a picnic tomorrow and will be eating cake and DIETING! I'll be ordering more of this flour in the future.

Seeds are of good quality. this is not my first order. After I tried various other suppliers I found that this is the best quality and price for me Allways the same good quality. Packed very nice Love the bag. Made from resistant and good quality materials. The bag it seal and help me keep the seeds from spreading around and maintain well their quality.

I buy this coconut flour frequently and it is usually excellent, very finely ground and white in colour. However my last order of two 1kg bags have been really disappointing.. both bags are darker in colour and taste as though its been baked? Also quite lumpy and very grainy in texture.. not sure if this is just a bad batch but if my next order is the same I will go back to groovy food coconut flour.

Hatte davor schon einige andere Kokosmehlhersteller ausprobiert, aber das Mehl von Sevenhills ist anderst. Es hat eine tolle Farbe, Geruch und Qualität. Habe damit schon einige Sachen gemacht (Pancakes, Brot etc.) und es gibt definitiv einen Unterschied geschmacklich zu den anderen Mehlsorten. Die Ergebnisse waren immer perfekt vom GEschmack. Kann man nur empfehlen und ich besorge mir bald noch eine Tüte.

Compré un sólo paquete para probar como quedaban las preparaciones. Tengo que comer sin gluten y ensayando recetas. He hecho un biszcocho con ella, agregándole un poquito de harina de arroz. La receta inmejorable y ha quedado con una suavidad exquisita. Estoy muy contenta con el resultado y he de volver a comprarla. La recomiendo.La entrega, como siempre, cumpliendo con la fecha señalada. Muchas gracias

Usata per fare delle crêpes cheto, sono ottima fonte di fibre e grassi. Per le crêpes uso 4 cucchiai di farina di cocco, un uovo è un quarto di bicchiere di plastica, mescolate e girate fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo, ungete una padella con dell’olio a vostro piacere e cuocete a fuoco alto, un paio di minuti e potete girare per la cottura dall’altro lato.

Me ha gustado mucho su sabor, la utilizo para hacer pan y pastel ya que es baja en carbohidratos. Lo recomiendo, es l a que siempre pido y no desfrauda.
