pricy but a game changer!
this chair is no cheap purchase but it absolutely changed the game for me working from home. as someone with ADHD I figit and sit weird in chairs all the time. this chair is so surprisingly comfortable and versitile. there are so many ways to sit in it! and the cushiness is very good and the shape of the back support is quite nice and comfy. super functional even for 8 hours a day!! I went out on a limb to try it even though it was more than I wanted to spend, but I am beyond pleased with this purchase!

Lots of sitting options for when I do sit at my desk.
So I took the plunge and bought this for my home office. I stand at my desk probably 80+% of the time, but when I'm tired I want to sit in a way that lets me fidget. This chair is great for a few reasons:1) I can sit butterfly, criss-cross, or even squat, which feels so much better on my hips and back to be able to switch it up.2) When I'm not using the lower section, I swing it to the side and one of my cats will sit on it, perfect distance for pets during work.

This chair is amazing!
Look, I am short and often sit in desk chairs cross-legged. It's often difficult to hold that position in an office chair because the seats are not designed for that position. THIS CHAIR allows me to do that, and sit in several different, comfortable positions. Cannot recommend highly enough. It was also super-easy to assemble.

Exceptional Customer Service!
I purchased this chair about a year ago. Unfortunately, the pins on the lever that adjusts the chair height broke off, and I was unable to move the chair up and down. I wrote Pipersong at their Customer Support email address. I described the problem and included a picture of the broken part. I requested if I could get a replacement part, to which they replied within 24 hours. And after providing my Order Number and corresponding email address, they shipped me a new part at no cost. It was received 11 days later. I am very pleased with their exceptional customer service! It was completely hassle-free, expedient, and very much appreciated.
