This product is definitely one that I will commit to taking daily. I figured I already take vitamins and this is an added benefit. I don't have horrible cramps anymore, my cycle is regular and not crazy. My sweets intake is noticeably less, with the added benefit of weight control happening much more successfully. Facial hair issue was mainly around my chin, and I understand it will take more time but I already noticed a reduction in the overall surface area of where the hair comes in and I don't have to wax my face as often, went from every 2 weeks to about a month now. Slowing down and less coarse. Excited to see what else occurs.Preparation for my future seems much more obtainable now that my body system is functioning on a more trackable time frame. With a supportive partner this journey has been enjoyable thus far and he has so much patience with my research on this item.As for ingesting, I pour about 8 oz of filtered water and swirl until its more dissolved and then drink it. I added to a smoothie and its fine too but prefer to know I am ingesting it in a more pure form. No strange taste either way.

Using my husbands account but anyways I wanted to see after a few months if I saw any changes in my period to write a review. I’ve been taking ovasitol for exactly 4 months now. I have PCOS and have always had irregular periods. Sometimes my periods would last almost 2 months long. Birth control was the only thing helping me until I decided I wanted to go the natural route. I didn’t start to see any results until about 3 months of taking ovasitol. My period had finally come and it lasted a perfect 6 days. I will say my period was VERY heavy but at least it was only 6 days. (My periods are most likely heavy due to polyps.) Then, exactly 28 days later, I started my next cycle. Which is unheard of to me. I don’t think I have ever had a perfect 28 day cycle in my life (unless I was on birth control). But ovasitol helped me get there. Still ways to go. I also have been seeing a specialist who told me it was a good idea to take ovasitol, she always recommends it for women with pcos. So I was doing something right. The only down fall I would have to say is some of my hair has been falling out. I can’t say for sure if it’s ovasitol. It could just be one of the many symptoms of pcos. If you have pcos, this really is one of the best supplements you can take. If you do decide to take this, please give it time to work. Some women will see results within a month while others will see results a few months later. So be patient with this and always talk to a doctor if concerned. But I highly recommend this product. Lastly, the flavor is really nothing. It kind of taste like sweet water it’s not bad at all.

June, 8th 2023:"This product works amazing, after just 3 months my period is back to normal. For some history I just got off Nexplanon birth control 5 months ago and my periods were still irregular. I started taking this and not only is my period more predictable but my LH levels are rising! My periods are between 28-31 days now as before they were les than 25 days. I also have been takings prenatal vitamins and some vitamin EFor those who don't know vitamin e can help your uterus wall thicken if yours is thin, mine has been thin since I got off birth control meaning my periods were 3-4 days. Now with this along with the vitamin e my periods are heavier but they last 5 days now, meaning when I do finally get pregnant the egg won't have any trouble implanting ^v^.I also have been exercising a lot to prepare for when I start TTC and I have noticed I'm loosing weight faster, my hormonal acne has cleared up and I no longer grow hairs on my chin and upper lip which happened due to the birth control I had which messed up my hormone balance. For me, Ovasitol works very quickly. I have PCOS and have struggled with weight gain and other common symptoms including amenorrhea. Prior to purchasing Ovasitol, I hadn't had a period in over 3 months. I started taking the supplement on November 17th, and on December 1st I started my period. In addition, I have lost 5 pounds - my pants are visibly looser and my face looks thinner. It is safe to say that this stuff works. I am not sure if this means I can now get pregnant naturally (because I am not actively trying) but it is clear that the formula has a positive impact in those who have PCOS. I do want to say that this is my second bout with Ovasitol and both times I have noticed that my periods are more violent when they come after I've taken the supplement. For instance, last time I had the worst cramps of my life (I went to the emergency room to see a doctor) and bled for a very long time. This time, I was constipated for days, had stomach pains, and almost fainted in the shower because I got really light headed all of a sudden. Just a FYI - I only take one dose per day although the packaging recommends two doses per day. I eventually will transition to two doses per day but I didn't want to experience any extreme side effects when introducing Ovasitol to my body. Good luck!

I had severe headaches and tiredness. Had to stop.I’ve history of migraine as well so it triggered migraine.so headache got worse after taking it.

If you're still thinking if you should get it, you totally should GET IT! I haven't been medically diagnosed having PCOS but the signs are there ie: weight gain, irregular periods, sugar cravings etc. After taking this, the first thing I noticed was the sugar cravings completely stopped. I no longer have the extreme hunger even after a meal. After 16 days of consuming this, my period finally came (after current cycle of 74 days) !!! though the amount is not how it used to be I am still glad it came! GET IT!
