This pan is totally impressive
This pan is fantastic. I baked professionally for years. This pan out performs any I have ever had. It cooks evenly and well. Be sure to grease and flour it before adding batter. I was baking pound cakes which are slower by nature. It cooked faster than usual so check it a little early. I was totally impressed and want more of this kind of pan. Sandy

The molding is pretty
The Charlotte cake mold is pretty. Its a lighter pan so my cakes will come out nice. A friend wanted me to bake her a cake for her mom and she had this pan. She wants me to use her pants to bake the cake and I thought it was pretty so I bought myself one as well. Looking forward to making many cakes and this cake pan.

TOO SMALL FOR A REGULAR POUND CAKE RECIPE BUT OTHERWISE A NICE CAKE PAN DESIGN
So happy a second cake mold was sent to my address since AMAZON made a mistake and mailed me a woman's Handbag instead of the cake mold (strange, not sure how that error couild have been made).. Even though it states a 9inch diameter, it is certainly smaller then expected height wise (3 inches tall) so will have to purchase another Bundt Pan elsewhere when I bake my pound cakes.. I really thought it was two pieces, nope, it is only one but I'm sure I will still enjoy using this cake pan...As long as the non stick does its job and the cake comes right out, then all would be well.. Will keep you updated..
