A Great Nail Clipper & Nail Grinder combo at an Awesome Price!
I had tried 2 different brand nail grinders and they were junk! I returned them within a few days. So I was very pleasantly surprised with the very high quality and performance of this manufacturer's products. The clippers are sharp and clip very well. The grinder is very smooth & quiet but really powerful. It grinds the nails down in about 10 seconds per nail on my German Shepherd with medium sized nails. You can actually see the ground nail dust flying off the wheel. As you can see, my GSD shows no discomfort, pain or fear. Many dogs will be nervous with a grinder. Don't immediately give up and return the grinder. Have a bag of small treats. Turn the grinder on and hold it near their ear and give treats to calm & distract them. Then turn the grinder on (with cap on) and touch their feet so they feel the gentle vibrations and reward wih treats. Then slide the running grinder up the outside of their legs rewarding & distract them with treats. If that goes well with the grinder running (cap on) I would slide it over their whole body EXCEPT for their head. The vibrations on the skull might scare them. Depending how much they relax, you can try grinding a nail. When I first started with Daisy (in video) I gave a very small (meat) treat before and then after each nail so it was about 16 treats. After the 1st couple of times I now give her one treat and then one after each foot and in return as you can see she is calm and cooperative. Also when you 1st start, it's better to take very little off of the nails and do it every few days and when you dog is accepting you can grind down a larger amount. I grind Daily's once a week when I give her a good brushing. To be successful you have to do "baby steps" like i have mentioned above. If you hurt or scare your dog by being too aggressive or impatient in the beginning you will ALWAYS be struggling to clip or grind your dogs nails. You have to realize noise & vibrations are foreign to dogs. If you start slow, your dog will trust you. I just tell Daisy it's "grind nails time" and she jumps on the table and lays down. I know you will really like the quality & performance of this company's product. I almost forgot. I use a nail clipper on my own nails but there is always a rough edge from the clipper. Looking at what it does to Daisy's nails, I decided to try it on mine. I took off the small/medium nail guard and instantly ground smooth the nail edges. A few times I hit my finger tip and as in my video, the grinding wheel is so smooth that it doesn't hurt skin at all. There are two wheels so you can use 1 for your pets and 1 for your family members. Buy this product, you will love it!

5 stars try it out
I used this product today at my professional dog grooming job. I would rate this five stars. The dogs loved it. It made my job very easy. The dogs were very relaxed after the nail trimming process. This device is very quiet. I’m not sure how it would work on large German shepherds to say or dogs with thick nails, but it definitely worked on medium too small dogs easy. The light also helps a lot. Very easy to use and I felt safe using this on dogs. Started by trimming just the very tip off with the provided clippers, and then buffing it out and it makes the nails look very good.

High quality. Works perfectly.
I can't read small print in written directions, so I just watched one of the videos a customer made. It was so easy to use. Perfect in fact. My dog is blind, so he's extra skiddish about being groomed. Before, it was a battle to cut his nails. It took two of us. He hated it. With this trimmer, he didn't flinch. Not one bit. He just layed there quietly in his bed. The drill is super quiet. The light is very strong. It was easy to see the quick on his white nails, but not on the black ones. The clear cover caught every bit of dust. The bag holds everything neatly and easily. I'd give it a ten out of ten. Based on other reviews, I expect it will last a long time. It is also very sturdy, but not too heavy for my small arthritic hands. The price, I thought, was excellent too. Very affordable for me.

Great dog nail grinder. Could be perfect with a few improvements.
This is a really great dog nail trimmer. It is super quiet and is very easy to use. It feels comfortable in the hand but could be slightly more comfortable if the plastic handle was a soft rubber. But it still feels good. Seems to be made well. Normal plastic for the construction. It looks good and performs great. The only things that would make it better is if it had reverse switch and and the light button was moved. Since there is no reverse, I need to change how I hold the grinder and then I usually accidentally hit the light button. If there was a clockwise rotation and counterclockwise rotation switch, that would be great. But these are just things that I guess are nitpicking. It’s a great grinder. The guard is good but just be careful because the nail of smaller dogs could get wedged between the guard and the grinder but the wheel will stop. I usually use it without the guard. I would definitely buy this again if I needed one. The clippers are ok. The nail file, not so much.

Very quiet, works great
The grinder is SUPER quiet and doesn't bother my dogs at all. It has lights on it to help you see their nails better as well. Rechargeable which I love. If your dogs are nervous getting their nails trimmed bc of sound I highly recommend this. Great value for your money.

This purchase is saving me grooming expenses
I have two large dogs (both over 65 lbs), and regular trips to the groomer just for nail grinding can be expensive and time-consuming. My senior dog has chronic limb issues, so some of his nails don't naturally wear down and require frequent maintenance. Before using this grinder, I fully charged it and let both dogs get familiar with it while it was on and off. Neither seemed bothered by the noise. When it came time to use it, my senior dog was a little hesitant at first, but once I started on the lowest setting, he relaxed and tolerated the process well. My younger dog did even better and practically slept through his turn. The LED lights were incredibly helpful, especially for dark nails, and the guard provided great visibility while helping contain some of the nail dust. It comfortably fits in my hand but depending on the length/curve of the nails will take some readjusting when using the guard. The grinder is surprisingly quiet—quieter than an electric razor—and both dogs tolerated all three speeds without issue. Overall, I'm extremely impressed and plan to make this part of our regular routine. If you're considering an at-home nail grinder, this one is absolutely worth trying.

Low noise, low impact great way to grind Nails down
We have a 70 pound rescue pitbull and he is the greatest dog. He will let you do anything to him clean his ears bathe him groom him in fact, one time he had a huge abscess our vet was out of town. We didn’t know where to go and me being a nurse I have all the supplies to take care of it on my own. I just didn’t know if he was gonna let me do that. He absolutely let me do that he let you do anything to him even when you bring him to the vet they say he just goes right back there. Let you do whatever you need to do shots IVs he’s had surgery. He’s such a great dog. He doesn’t growl. He doesn’t bark however he does have separation anxiety and fear of storms so we thought that this might not work for him being that it might have some noise because he sensitive to storms, but often we need to trim his nails more than usual and it’s expensive to go to the vet every month or two so we wanted to invest in a grinder versus clippers, because with the clippers, there have been a couple times that we’ve hit the raw spot on the nail and it’s caused him to them for several days so I wanted something to use that would prevent that from happening. I read several reviews on several different products and I tended to like this one. It has a light it has a dust collector. It comes with several different abrasion attachments and as soon as we got this, we used it on our dog with no problem we were done with all four paws within probably 10 minutes. He never budged. He didn’t get scared of it at all. It works very well. His nails are very nice rounded trimmed. They’re not rough and jagged. This is a great unit. It comes with a carrying case and a charger.

Great quality great price
Amazing purchase. Very quiet, great quality and my dog likes it so much more. She’s usually terrified of them, but does so well with this. It is safer than cutting nails also, when it comes to quicking them.

I would choose another
Idk why a dog nail clipper could get held up in customs for over a week...having said that the clippers are ok...
