What is the Db level output of noise ans at what rpm do the fans spin?

It caps at 2700rpm, it’s really weak. Probably why they made sure not to put the rpm anywhere. And noise level is fairly low

im not sure but it fits my 16" alien ware with alot of room and my 17" omen perfect.
