Would this work with an e e modem?

If you have the BT telephone socket at home with the 2 sockets ( one is the integrated rj11 microfilter then yes. Plug this cable in the socket and the other side in your router/modem.

Will this work it’s a dsl modern or only an adsl modem?

I’m pretty sure it works with both, to get the best answer email the company

could you use it on ps4

This cable runs from the filter at the phone point to the router. To connect the router to the PS4 you would need an Ethernet cable
