Does not work for IPhone 5s or 7 even though description said it would. Very disappointed!!

I just received this yesterday and it has not worked. The cord that came with it won’t even fit in the charging port. It will not charge my phone. I would not even give this product a one star. I wasted my money. Very disappointed! Oh geez they make you give it a star before they accept your review. Yes
