The best Flow book ❤️
Of all the Flow books, this one is my all-time favourite. This stays on my nightstand and whenever I need to feel comforted or cheered up a bit, reading this really helps. I like to leaf through it before I go to sleep. The illustrations are beautiful and the articles soothing and relaxing. It's full of cute little paper goodies as well - teeny notebooks, illustrated postcards, stickers etc. It's just an amazing, gorgeous book. Money well spent.

Another gorgeous Flow book
Beautiful book from the publishers of Flow magazine. Hardcover and over 200 pages filled with gorgeous illustrations and interesting articles on mindfulness and related topics with lots of pull out cards, prints and booklets. Great price on Amazon too - well worth getting whilst waiting for the next Paper Lovers book to be released.

This book is absolutely gorgeous! I’m am so trying to take my time with it, but it’s so lovely I want to devour it.The cover, the content and ethos of the book is superb. Can you guess, I love it. Bought one for my daughter, she loves it too.

I'm still not sure
I bought 3 similar books at the same time and this is sadly my least favourite. It's beautiful and maybe I've just not been in the right mood for it yet but so far it's sat unused. There's lots of spaces for lists, and things you cut out. I've not seen the stickers yet but it's a lovely thick book so i'm sure they're in there. I don't give three stars to mean it's bad but it's ok/good not great/amazing/best book ever. If it was just based on how it looks i'd give it a five, but it's not been for me.

Such a cool, quirky book!
I saw this at Michael's and decided to grab it on Amazon because it was cheaper. This book is such a treasure. It really helps you to have some self-care, me time on a budget. It is BEAUTIFUL, the art work and paper craft goodies are so sweet and fun. I love that there are things to take out and poke in envelopes and fill out and share. It's crafty and also kind of like a journal, and also has some great articles in there to read as well. I bought one for me and then decided to buy one for a swapping friend of mine, too. She also loves it!
