If you have reflux, you may need zinc.
This has helped me considerably with my acid reflux issues. I had read on some health forums that many people with acid reflux have a zinc deficiency, so I thought this can't hurt to try this. And it alleviated most of my reflux and is healing my gut. I still have an occasional but of reflux and I still get gas issues, but it is helping me now.

amazing results!!!
I had digestive problems, affecting my sleep and my diet. I took plain Zinc tablets and couldn't tell the difference. Within just a couple of weeks I realized my problem was almost gone. I had to do a little searching to find this
