The best RC monster truck - buy it now!
Buy this monster truck!! We bought this for our son (age 3) for a Christmas gift. He plays with it all day long. It can take a beating. Jumping off the porch, spinning in the mud, sloshing through the kiddie pool you name it. Plus it comes with an extra battery so you can always have one ready to go and the fun never stops. It's fast and easy to operate. He loves chasing it around the yard. The controller stopped working (I'm guessing he sprayed it with the hose or dropped it in some water). I emailed the company and they immediately sent me a replacement! Not just a replacement controller but a whole new monster truck too. Super impressed with the company and we plan to buy all our future RC monster trucks from them.

Great on land. Meh on water
Doesn't do that great on the water, but great otherwise so far, even being handled by two toddlers under 3.

Tons of fun!
I don't usually write reviews but my 9 and 7 year old boys have literally had more fun with this toy than any other toy they have ever owned. It goes pretty fast (almost as fast as my 7 year old can run) and can go forward, backward, or spin while stopped to change direction. Pretty simple but we've had it for months and it still provides tons of fun. A few caveats: the rechargeable battery only lasts 25-30min before you have to recharge (but that is just about the right amount of time to play with it). Since it's fast, it's best for outdoor use and best for a paved surface such as an alley or paved area in a park -- it is rugged enough to go on grass (or snow) but may overturn frequently if the surface is not smooth. Other than that, it's a winner!

Super fun for pets !!
Got this for my dogs and oh boy is this a hit !!! My dogs absolutely love this. We take this to the yard and we have a very uneven yard and still this runs amazing. Runs way faster on flatter surfaces and this is very durable the battery lasted multiple sessions and the 2nd batters makes it even better.
