The headgear has good stability. The strap is very secure when adjusted properly. It is very lightweight. For the price point, this headgear is very good. It is very useful for boxing, kickboxing, as well as MMA. My favorite feature of this headgear is the chin guard. I would highly recommend this product to anyone trying to find a solid beginner item for their protection. I ordered the small/medium.

Fits well, adjustments on top help keep the top secured and closed around top of head. Other headgear I’ve tried flare out at the top because the stretchy band they use is non adjustable. This kind laces at the top ensuring a good fit. The foam is hard on the outside with softer foam on the inside. your headgear will likely come miss-shaped by being crammed in a small box but it can be corrected with use or working it back to shape. I store mine over a small exercise ball so it holds its shape inside my gym bag. Great value for the money with design that matches much higher priced gear.

Felt a little too big so I felt i needed to tighten it alot. I did like the inside fabric i feel it helps it from slipping across your face as your sweating. Used it everyday to get ready for competition and worked great. Especially for the price

Best headgear I've owned, while also being the best at the price. The headgear is super durable. The material is hard yet has a little give. Ontop of that, adjusting the headgear is super easy. Its gonna come to you super tight with the strings up top wound tight. But all you gotta do is untie it, then adjust to comfort. You can tie this however you like so long as your knot is secure.

The headgear looks a little bulky on a 9 year old, but adjusts remarkably well and fits properly once adjusted. The weight is good and it is comfortable to wear with no chafing, etc. He has gotten kicked in the face, punched and whatnot, still has all his teeth, nose is intact and his brain still works as well as can be expected. ;) Just take your time adjusting and readjusting so it sits well. Plus, it looks cool. I can pick him out of the crowd because of the bright color ( we got the yellow/ black)
