So far, I'm loving this new PC. My last computer quit on me, but it was already old and I was long overdue for an upgrade anyways. I was debating on which one to get, but it looks like I finally found the right one. It's a lot faster than my old PC. Surfing, streaming, and starting up is like a race car! Plus it's very easy to set up. If you're searching for a new PC, I highly recommend this one!!

I’m loving this computer, great packaging, super easy and clear instructions to install. Turns on fast, very quick between pages, great graphics, highly recommend, I even use it for online MMA games

I bought this in like new condition. After I set it up and tried to register it for my warranty with HP, I find out it was registered in October 2024. How can that be? So that means it's used, but looks like new. The serial number doesn't match the box it came in either. According to the label, it was supposed to be white in color, wrong, it's black. Did someone want a white one and returned a black one in the box the white one came in? I just wish I had a 1 year warranty like it said. I know I can return it but it was a good price, so I'll keep it. It was easy to set up and works good so far. My 12 year old Dell is in the trash.

Wanted to replace my old 13 year old computer, and this is a massive upgrade. Everything is so clear and fast. I even managed to download and play a Visual Novel for the first time in my life.

Unfortunately, this computer has been extremely problematic. Also, the technical service so far has been poor. To explain, the computer started beeping and shutting off while still under warranty. After many many phone calls, it was determined that the product needed to be returned for servicing. The product was returned in new memory was installed. However, a short time after that, the same problem occurred. The computer started beeping and started shutting off and became completely nonfunctional. So, as per the service departments recommendation, the computer was returned a second time for servicing. In a matter of days, the beeping and shutting off of the computer started again. Now, we are seeking a satisfactory result from HP. It is clear that this computer is not being fixed by servicing. I hope that HP staff is reading this review and will please contact us. We have always had good experience with HP in the past. Unfortunately this is very disappointing at this time.

Have had no issues at all. Purchased for my daughter and she uses it daily!

I really like that there is no lag when opening several windows up. This computer has a slick design, easy to set up and very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a new PC.

I purchased 2 units both were so slow and both keyboard and mouse not working even i felt that keyboard was dummy
