Great value for money
Saved a fortune buying in bulk. Just as tasty as the little bottles you buy in the supermarket.Would heartily recommend.

More flakes than rolls
I do prefer the chives to look hand chopped and these are quite finely flaked/shredded but they taste fine so very useable but would not buy again.

I wanted some chives to stir into pasta thought buying ...
I wanted some chives to stir into pastathought buying dried and pre cut, would make cooking faster. The price in the shops was far too much doughso I thought buying online was the right way to go.A couple of grams is all you get in a jarit's ridiculously expensive and it never goes that far.So I looked on here and I found a 100 gram packonly £2.85 so I patted me on my back. But when I added it to my cart, it said for £1.50 moreI could buy 250 grams so I added chives once moreThen I searched all items to see if they sold bigger'cause no amount of chive eating was gonna harm my figure. And low and behold they sell in 500 grams tooso I doubled the volume and the pounds only went up a few.But then I saw it. A kilo. Whoa!£16, so I bought it 'cause my chive jar was low.I got on with my life and was more than contentknowing my chive purchase had already been sent.A day or two later, a knock at my doorand this giant parcel was plonked on my floor.I started to open, thinking 'What could this be?'and found a kilo of chives, staring back at me.When you buy a kilo of sugar, the packet is quite smalland that's what I expected, but this weren't small at all!A metre high and half of that wideThe parcel looks suspicious and I had to immediately hide.I ground some into flour and I deep fried a few.I threw some in salads and hid some in stew. For over a year I've had this bag of hellevery meal has been chive-based, so I thought I'd done well.I bought some new scales to measure my successand a year of chive jelly had it at 100g less!I know a herby investment is an alluring temptationbut don't do it, you'll have more than enough for the nation!!!!

OK
This stuff is green, has some resemblence of chive. Quality is however not the best in my view, the taste is acceptable, smell is not great. Previously I had bought chive which had been - freeze dried - and that was excellent. This product however seems to have been just dried = probably why the quality is so dissapointing. I will use what I have, but do not think will buy chive like this again.

Dried Chives 1 kg
Seems OK ! A bit more powdery at the bottom of the bag than some more expensive makes, but good for the price for dips and cooking etc.

Decent flavour, and good value
Absolutely no gripes. These are nice dehydrated chive flakes, for a great price, in a durable bag. Need I say anything more?
