Surprisingly fun workout
I’m surprised with how tired my arms get after a few minutes of using these hoops! It’s a much better workout than I expected it to be, and it’s fun! I feel like I can do it anywhere.

Weighted Arm Hoops
These weighted arm hoops seem to be working. They are not as easy to use as I thought. I tend to use 1 at a time to avoid one flying off. As previous reviews said don’t use them indoors till you get use to them in case one does fly off. I will keep at it as they do help.

Fun workout
I really like these hoops, even after chasing them around. Tomorrow I will do one arm at a time, not coordinated enough to do both at once. They are fun and I do love how they don't hurt me and they do have some weight. They don't fall apart or detach like I have had others hoops do. And the size is perfect, for me atleast. I'm on a weight loss journey so in my opinion these are going to be my favorite part every day. Thank you all!!

Not weighted enough
These are not weighted enough, and just fly off my arms.

Works fine, if you are co-ordinated enough!
These are comfortable and a good weight. = Great quality. They were easy to use with my right arm, but on the left they flop around and I have not been able to find a rhythm. An easy addition to home exercise equiptment that won't take much room.

Fun and helps with coordination.
As an older citizen, I have enjoyed these hoops and these give my arms quite a workout. This is easy to do in my den, and I can not get them going on both arms at the same time. I work on it every day and find that it does raise my heart rate. These have not come apart - although I have flung them across the room several times as I was trying to get them both going at the same time. These are worth the price to me.

I really like the armhoops
I really like the armhoops..I do it for 2 minutes at a time..it is surprising how tired your arms get ..but is beneficial....
