Love it!
I ordered the creamy chicken and ended up with spicy red miso. The last time I order this product is they stated on package, "Do not put in microwave." I'm thinking somewhere along the line, people wrote Immi and explained that they needed it to be microwavable, so i'm thinking they changed something somehow and it's now microwavable. With the previous order, if you tried to microwave this ramen, it just didn't taste right. The texture was awful, so you had to cook it exactly per instructions, even if it took five or six minutes. You still have to cook it in the microwave for about five minutes, but you don't have to wait for water to boil. A lot of times you get ramen, and it has a lot of carbs, a lot of sodium and not very much protein. Immi has the same size packaging, with less calories per PACKAGE, and 400mg less sodium. There are 29 carbs, but it's has 28 grams of protein. If you want to cut down on the sodium, you can use half of the seasoning packet in the package or make your own seasoning with a low sodium content.

Smells like burning tires
I got this very hopeful that it'll be good and good for me. I Love instant ramen as I've been eating it for years so when I heard of this I was excited. I got the package B bundle and I started with the creamy chicken So many was that a huge mistake. See the noodles themselves are a little strange being dark green but as they are plant based that was expected. I cooked it exactly as the directions say on the back with no added ingredients or anything so I can get the full flavor of what I could add the next time. The noodles after boiled were interesting to say the least, the unflavored noodles, while a little stiff weren't too bad. The seasoning packet on the other hand was horrendous. When I opened it up it smelled like rotten meat and when I gave the smell the benefit of the doubt I added it to the noodles as it says on the directions to be when I can only describe as a smell bomb to my entire house, the smell of the seasoning packet mixed with the noodles was exactly the same smell as burning rubber I am not exaggerating at all when I say this. This smell filled up my entire house and it was so bad that it made me and my other roommates gag. I took a leap of faith and tasted it as maybe it just smells bad but it tastes exactly as it smells. I took one bite and almost vomited. I'm immediately looking to get a refund DO NOT BUY THIS or at least the creamy Chicken flavor as I am too terrified to try the spicy red miso or the pork tonkatsu for fear of their smells

Great Taste and Much Healthier than Everyday Ramen
I have been a ramen eater for years and always used to go with the inexpensive ramens but was dissuaded by the sodium and carbs. I was unsure about the Immi ramen. It is more expensive than my normal cheap ramens. When I got it, I noticed that there was SO much more to it, even with the less sodium and carbs. I opened the package and was initially put off by the smell from the noodles. All of my other ramens had no smell at all. I started liking the green veggie type smell. All I can say is I love it. I don't use all of the flavor packet, because I think I can still down a bit on the sodium. I use the remaining contents of the packet later for an afternoon cup of soup. I plan to order more and try a few different flavors. Since I am someone who has diabetes, I am thrilled with this ramen and want to see what other flavors they have coming up to try. Also, want to start adding other things to the ramen like egg and vegetables. THANK YOU IMMI!!

Creative and tasty product… but I had one issue. Maybe it’s just me?
Overall, I enjoyed this product, the packaging is on point, the noodles have a nice texture and a chew that I like, the protein content and the pumpkin seed protein is awesome. However, there was one issue with a couple flavors, and I don’t know if it’s the sauce packet or the noodles or a problem with my taste buds, but I got a soapy taste from the pork and miso flavors. This is not a sensation or flavor I get from any of the other foods I eat, and I eat a wide variety of foods.

Applaud the idea, good flavor, weird texture
After seeing a ton of ads for this, finally decided to give it a whirl. It was worth the try and if I were dieting I could see myself buying again, but otherwise I’m not so sure. The price is very high for what is still just ramen (or ramen-like). I did like the flavors of each of the broths too, and it’s just as easy to make as top ramen, but takes a few minutes longer. What I struggle with is the noodles. They taste fine actually, almost flavorless without the broth, but the texture is bizarre. Very rubbery, I likened it to attempting to chew astroturf, or one of those non-metal spring mattresses. Just weirdly off putting to eat. I feel like it is something one could get used to though - I think I just expected it to be more like top ramen texture (which is also a fake texture too if you think about it, I’m just used to that).

Amazing!!!
I’m really surprised by all the reviews being so low. I saw these noodles on Instagram and I cannot be happier. They are delicious and high in protein, what more can you ask for? The fiber content is really high, so just be aware that the first week you may have to adjust to the fiber content. But after that first week, I was fine and I love this stuff! It’s perfect for the winter time, and you can add any vegetable that you want. No, it does not taste EXACTLY like the traditional Ramen. But you will adjust and it is delicious! Way to go guys!

Let Down
I bought these due to I am a diabetic but love ramen and wanted to find a low carb option. The upside was it didn't effect my blood glucose nearly as much as typical ramen. But the downside is multifaceted... The stock base it comes with tastes wonderful, however the ramen itself has a very unpleasant odor and after taste. The noodles consistency was pretty close but to be honest for the price it's truly not worth it. I ate the ramen at 6pm and it sat like a rock in my stomach for a few hours which was a surprise due to it's plant based and I thought ide digest it slow but well. Over all, disappointed and will not be buying again.

Inedible
From the branding and very high price, I expected some really high end bougie ramens that were maybe like a dressed-up version of classic ramen with the touch of someone who went to culinary school for french cooking or something. In my mind that's the only thing that could justify the crazy price. Unfortunately, this ramen is disgusting. And I don't mean like it's a subjective taste thing, but rather that this stuff is inedibly bad. The noodles are like rubber bands no matter how long you cook them, and they fall apart in a weird way in the mouth like they're grainy or crumbly. Horrible texture and weird flavor that isn't exactly offensive but isn't appetizing either. The broth also pales in comparison to pretty much any other decent ramen... it doesn't taste good, the balance of flavors is off and feels poorly considered, it's not very rich or satisfying, but again--- not exactly "offensive". It's all... bland and significantly "off". The only plus is that it seems to be high protein and fiber, as well as low sodium, but all that seems to be 100% at the cost of it tasting good. Ramen is supposed to be a somewhat decadent comfort food, and this does not fit the bill and did not leave me feeling happy or satisfied at all. The only conceivable reason I could see for eating these is if you're on a VERY restrictive diet and want something that half-approximates ramen while providing decent protein and without nuking your body with sodium, fat, carbs, or calories. It feels and tastes like diet food. It is to real ramen what stevia is to sugar.
